Sessions
We offer flexibility by tailoring each coaching engagement to fit our client’s specific timeline and budget. We can help some clients achieve their desired outcomes within one session, however, as a general guide, we typically recommend 6 to 8 one-hour sessions throughout 3 to 6 months to achieve meaningful and sustainable change. For added flexibility, we can also offer 30-minute sessions and provide ongoing support through written communication between sessions.
Phoenix Coaching is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and all services are provided by an ICF-credentialed coach, with at least 500 hours of professional training and experience.
