Sessions
We offer flexibility by tailoring each coaching engagement to fit our client’s specific timeline and budget. However, as a general guide, we typically recommend 6 to 10 sessions, each lasting 1 hour, throughout 6 to 8 months to achieve meaningful and sustainable change. For added flexibility, we can also offer 30-minute sessions and provide ongoing support through written communication between sessions.
Phoenix Coaching is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and all services are provided by an ICF-credentialed coach, with at least 500 hours of professional training and experience.
